Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – LICSW, LPCC, LMFT
1099 Independent Contractor | In Office, Virtual, or Hybrid
Who We're Looking For
Empowering You Mental Health is seeking fully licensed mental health professionals (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT) to join our team as independent contractors. This position offers the flexibility to work in-office, virtually, or in a hybrid format—whatever fits your life best.
What You'll Do
- Complete diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based methods
- Maintain a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment
- Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Use HIPAA-compliant platforms for communication and telehealth
- Stay engaged in ongoing professional development
- Maintain ethical standards in all aspects of your practice
- Provide a minimum of 15 client sessions per week (preferred)

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Current Minnesota license as LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Outpatient therapy experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to ethical, confidential, and client-centered care
